Consultation fees must be paid prior to the time of service. If NO certification can be provided after consultation, a refund will be issued. The hard copy of your MA issued Medical Marijuana Card (MJ card) will be mailed by the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission typically 2 -4 weeks after your registration has been completed, however the CCC does state it may take up to 60 days. If you choose to have FlowerMedical complete your registration, you understand that you may have your registration email address changed to your personal address upon request. By choosing any full service option, patients and their caregivers acknowledge they will not hold FlowerMedical or any of its constituents liable for errors in submission or possible missed communication from the CCC.

Credit cards accepted with a 2.98% service fee. Paper checks accepted with no service fee. Please note these service fees are may be listed as a ‘tax’ on your receipt. There is no tax for the consultation.
