Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing FlowerMedical and FlowerCardMed services provided by Russell Healthcare Consulting, LLC. If you are in need of a refund, you will be notified before or during your consultation.
Refunds
If your medical provider does not deem you as an appropriate candidate for a medical marijuana certification, you may have your certification payment refunded. A certification rejection refund will be initiated within 24 hours of consultation. If you opt for Full Service consultation and your registration has already been completed whether by FlowerMedical or otherwise, you may not be eligible for a refund of this portion of payment. Full service and Self Service refunds may be completed whether your certification has been completed or rejected. Any and all refunds are always at the discretion of the CEO of FlowerMedical. Delays can occur in receiving your refund. FlowerMedical will complete refunds in the same method of payment as originally received within 24 hours of consultation. FlowerMedical cannot control any credit card companies involved and FlowerMedical is not liable for their delays.
